Whow Leaderships requirement for the next phase of the online roll out of their professional 'management development' product suite
was to find a company they could forge a flexible and relaxed business relationship with, a partner who could develop a robust, secure
and user friendly online version of their ever popular 'Management Workout' development questionnaire.
We were chosen from many applicants for our extensive experience in the field of software development and our flexible, professional
work ethic.
The first part of the development required a fairly unique account creation that had to allow for a company level account to be
created whereby individual child accounts could be assigned for each employee that was completing an online questionaire.
There was also the requirement that purchases should be able to be made at company level and assigned to individual employees as and
when required, this flexibility was afforded by the generation of an 'Access Code' for each copy of the product(s) purchased which is
subsequebtly used by the employee to assign that appropriate copy of the product to their child account.
The subsequent 'Product' area then allows the account (parent or child) to purchase one or more of the product(s) available.
Online payment then takes place via Secure Trading, their chosen payment processor.
As the payment processing is fully
integrated, the payment is confirmed and a copy, or copies of the purchased product(s) are immediately available for use by the client.
From the 'Product' area the client can keep track of all their products, 'access codes' and are able to view/print/save their invoices
in PDF form.
'The Management Workout'©
The first of the suite of questionnaires to go online is 'The Management Workout', a two part assesment process consisting of the 'Whats' and the 'Hows'.
The 'Whats' are a set of 50 initial questions the answers to which are grouped, and averaged to give a set of 5 results known as 'Purpose', 'Belief', 'Movement', 'Talent' and 'Achievement'.
These results are then presented in graphical form, line graphs to compare reults against norm data collected at both organisation and management level.
Spider graphs to show how the client is viewed by their line manager,
team and themselves.
